Shipping
We typically ship all orders (excluding firearms) within 5 - 10 business days.
If you would prefer to pick up your order in person at our location, please specify, and wait for your order to be processed.
Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in new and unused condition, with its original packaging.
Returns will incur a 15% restocking fee if the product is not defective.
To start a return, email us at info@empirepbf.com, please ensure the header contains "PRODUCT RETURN" along with your order number.
If the Item is defective, we will send you a return shipping label & cover shipping costs.
If you are requesting to return an item because it was incorrectly ordered or you would like a different color, you are responsible for initial & return shipping costs.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Lost/Stolen/Damaged Packages
Please note that carriers sometimes will not update tracking information consistently while a package is in transit. Seeing no updates to the tracking information for a few days is unfortunately normal and should not be viewed as an indicator that the package has been lost.
Stuck in transit (Lost)
Allow additional 15 days for the package to arrive before submitting a claim.
Marked as delivered (Stolen)
Allow 3 additional business days for the package to arrive before submitting a claim.
Lost/Stolen/Damaged Packages
If the package has arrived damaged, please take pictures of the damage and any damaged products. Additionally, please inventory your shipment to see if anything is missing due to the damage.

Where is my order?
Order fulfillment is between 7-10 business days.
Once your order has been fulfilled by our team, a shipping confirmation with the USPS tracking number will be emailed to the address that you provided.
