[SHIPPING]

We typically ship all orders (excluding firearms and made to order products) within 10 - 14 business days. Monday - Friday. 

 

All items will ship together based off of the item with the longest estimated lead time.

 

[WHERE IS MY ORDER?]

Order fulfillment is between 10 - 14 business days for non made to order products. Lead times for made to order products are subject to change at any moment. 

 

Once your order has been fulfilled by our team, a shipping confirmation with the USPS tracking number will be emailed to the address provided by you.

 

Please only email if your order falls out of the estimated lead time window. 

[RETURN POLICY]

We have a 30-day return policy after receiving your item to request a return. 

 

To start a return, email us at info@empirepbf.com, please ensure the header contains "PRODUCT RETURN" along with your order number or start a return request through your account.

 

All Returns will incur a 15% restocking fee if the product is not defective. 

 

Customers returning non defective items will cover initial and return shipping costs.

 

If the Item is defective, we will send you a return shipping label & cover shipping costs.

 

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

All fees incurred by the customer will be deducted from the total refund.

[EXCHANGES]

 

Customers are responsible for initial and return shipping costs.

     - Incorrect order placed by customer 
     - Color Exchanges  requested by customer
Any exchanges will also incur a 15% restocking fee and invoices/refunds for price differences.

 

[DO YOU SELL BLEMISHED OR RETURNED ITEMS?]

No, we do not sell blemished or resell returned items for safety reasons. We would rather take the complete loss than cause potential harm to our customers.

[LOST/STOLEN/DAMAGED PACKAGES]

Please note that carriers sometimes will not update tracking information consistently while a package is in transit. Seeing no updates to the tracking information for a few days is unfortunately normal and should not be viewed as an indicator that the package has been lost.

Lost - Stuck in transit
Allow additional 15 days for the package to arrive before submitting a claim.

Stolen - Marked as deliverd
Allow 3 additional business days for the package to arrive before submitting a claim.

Damaged - If the pacakge has arrived damaged, please take pictures of the damage and any damaged products. Additionally, please inventory your shipment for any missing items due to package damage. Please email pictures of the damage along with your order number and we'll get you taken care of.
